CANCELLATION POLICY

Last minute cancellations (36 hours) will be charged 30%. A deposit is required to book. If you cannot put a card on file, then you are more than welcome to send me the deposit and I will book you. The deposit is nonrefundable. If you reschedule, a new deposit is required. Up to 15 minutes late, $15 late fee. Please come with clean lashes. If your lashes have mascara or glue in them, there’s a $15 cleaning fee. If you have multiple cancellations, you will be required to put a nonrefundable deposit on each appointment, regardless of how early you reschedule. If you are sick, there is a typical 24-36 hour contagious period. I do have a mask we can both wear if you are past your contagious period. Overall, please do your best to communicate as much in advance as possible, and please take my time into consideration. I understand that sometimes things happen but chronic rescheduling is not OK. If you cancel the same day of your appointment there’s a $50 fee. After 2 same day cancellations you’ll be asked to book with someone else
